超音波在診斷結腸的疾病時，要考量評估的有
Length of the affected segment
Degree of wall thickening
Symmetry
Wall echotexture and stratification
Compressibility
Vascularisation
Associated findings
(如: fat alteration; ascites; abscesses; fistulas; lymph node enlargement; peritoneal thickening)
Colon disease其實在胃腸道的掃描而言算是比較簡單的，
像今天Hand-on practice時，每一位醫師(包括intern)都能很快的找到A & D colon，
對於新手而言，找得到，認得出，才會有機會開始認識不同疾病的形態。
